I work as a kinesiologist both in teaching and private practice at The British Kinesiology Centre and as the external examiner for Continental Europe for the International College.

In the last 10 years, I have become involved in academic research and am currently involved in a study of kinesiology for back pain with the University of Southampton.

Whlst ‘backs’ are a proportion of my work I also see people with any number of other health issues and emotional distress of varying kinds. My aim is to find out what your problem stops you from doing and then help you achieve whatever it is you want to be able to do. Kinesiology (for me) is the way to get to the bottom of an issue quickly so you can make the necessary changes and get on with your life.
